General Policy
  • Accommodation is strictly for registered guests only. A valid government photo ID must be presented at check-in.

  • Guests will receive their room keys only upon completing the registration process at the reception.

  • Check-in and key collection are facilitated only at the hotel reception.

  • As we are located in a serene residential area, we request all guests, especially groups, to maintain minimal noise, particularly during the evening and nighttime hours.

  • Any special requests (e.g., early check-in, late checkout, room preferences) are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Prohibited Items & Conduct
  • Strictly not allowed on premises:
    Smoking (in non-smoking rooms), gambling, contraband, weapons, explosives, flammable materials, toxic substances, non-vegetarian or pungent food, and alcohol (unless otherwise permitted).

  • Use of the hotel premises for illegal, immoral, or disruptive activities (including prostitution or unlawful gatherings) is prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

  • Pets are not permitted inside the hotel.

Luggage & Storage
  • Subject to space availability, guests may store luggage at their own risk for a maximum of 24 hours. The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Visitors Policy
  • Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms.
    In exceptional cases, management may permit visitor entry upon:

    • Guest’s signed approval

    • Valid photo ID of the visitor

    • Entry registration at reception

  • Visitors must vacate the premises before 10 PM.

Damage & Responsibility
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or hotel items. The cost of repair or replacement must be paid in full as assessed by the management.

  • Any misconduct, negligence, or failure to comply with hotel rules may lead to refusal of further accommodation.

Photography & Media
  • Use of photographs or videos taken within the hotel for commercial or public use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from THC Hotels.
Right of Admission
  • The management reserves the right to deny or cancel accommodation to any guest without prior notice if their behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive.

  • Guests must comply with all applicable laws, acts, and government regulations in force.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation 15+ days before check-in: 90% refund

  • Cancellation between 7–15 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancellation within 7 days of check-in: No refund

  • Same-day cancellation: Not permitted
